ABS Wheel Speed Sensor Cable : complying to ISO 6722-1:2011 standard

Anticapillary Cable : Complying to ISO 6722-1:2011 Standard
Anticapillary cables are manufactured by filling high resistive water blocking agent to avoid capillary effect for oil, water, Ad Blue and other fluids. These wires protect the vital sensors in automobiles electronic devices preventing the flow of liquids and fluids. The barrier-sealed core prevents the flow of fluids (e.g. water, oil or cleaning agent) from one end to the other between the conductors and the insulation cavities. The anticapillary cable thus prevents damage to electronic devices or sensors. More expensive sealing solutions, such as waterproof connectors over molding, adhesive bonding or cable separator sleeves are no longer needed. The core provides the sealing function.

Thin Wall Class D Cable : Complying to ISO 6722-1:2011 standard (T4)
Dhoot Transmission has developed Thin wall Class D (150°c) cable with specially formulated TPE compound which has excellent heat resistance and high mechanical property. This cable is highly resistive to chemical fluids, lubrication oil & whether. ARAI certified DTPL class D cable is highly flame retardant and widely used in high temperature application such as engine & Magneto area.

Signal Cable (Braided/Shielded)
Dhoot Transmission has developed braided and shielded cable with specially formulated compound for transmitting signals without any external interference. These cable s have excellent resistance to noise and electrical interference. Shielded cables are manufactured with 100% tin copper braiding coverage and Aluminum Mylar tape.
